Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the apps and services provided by Launzy Technology Private Limited (“Layyr”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Layyr.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your login and device secure, and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Services, orders & scheduling

When you place an order, you make an offer that we may accept or decline. Availability, service areas, time windows, and pricing are shown in the app and may change. We will do our best to fulfil your order within the window communicated to you.

Pricing & payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are handled by our payment partner. You authorise us to charge the applicable amount for the services you request.

Cancellations & changes

You may cancel or change an order in line with the options shown in the app. Some cancellations may be subject to a fee where work has already begun, as indicated at the time.

Acceptable use

Use Layyr only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways.

Service “as is”

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but to the extent permitted by law it is provided “as is” without further warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Layyr is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
